Technician Support (m/f/d)

As a support technician, you will provide our customers with advice on commissioning, troubleshooting and technical queries - by telephone, e-mail or on site. You will analyse technical correlations, document your work in a comprehensible manner and ensure that our products function optimally in use. Your qualifications: completed technical training, e.g. in electronics, mechatronics or a related field - and enjoy communicating and working in a structured manner.
